IT helpdesk (for personal)In this system you can register the IT problems arising at the computerized workplace (disturbances of software and computer functions, need for installation of new software, problems with operation of IT systems, etc.).
DMS helpdesk (for personal)In this system you can register the questions and problems related to the work in the University\'s Document Management System (filling in of the applications for business trip and staff, orders of services, etc.). You will be consulted by the DMS employees or the specialists of the IT division specialists.
Study Office Helpdesk System (for personal)In this system you can register the questions and problems, submit the proposals related to the quality and organization of studies, and student affairs. You will be consulted by the specialists of the divisions of the Office of the Vice-Rector for Studies – Study Quality Assurance and Development personal.
Telephone helpdesk (for personal)In this system you can register the questions and problems related to the telephone communication.
Help for studentsIn this system you can submit the questions related to studies, mentor ship program, library, dormitories, LSP, psychological assistance, etc. You can also register the problems arising during registration to KTU integrated login system, Office 365 environment, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.
